In this talk I aim to paint a picture of my exposure/role as methodological/computational statistician in my early career, my work as a Collaborative Biostatistician/Researcher in the Health and Social Sciences, and what I see the role of a Biostatistician ought to be, and in the same way what my role as the leading Biostatistician in the Paediatrics Department and leading Biostatistician in teams within Community Health Sciences and Kinesiology has been.
