Connections for Life with Dementia is an innovative, interdisciplinary project exploring ways to improve social connectedness and quality of life for people with dementia in three key settings: intergenerational playgroups, residential aged care, and home/neighbourhoods. This project is funded by Global Challenges, UOW.
