Overview
This program provides the opportunity for students to combine studies in a number of the specialist postgraduate areas of the Faculty, and also to explore issues in the foundation areas of Educational Psychology and Sociology.
The Graduate Certificate in Interdisciplinary Studies can also be used as a pathway for entry into the MEd for students who do not have the four year teaching degree required for Masters entry.
These subjects may form a major study in a Master of Education program, and are also available to students from any major area of study as elective subjects to complement the major area of study.
Entry Requirements
Entry is available to candidates who satisfy the University's entry requirements for Graduate Certificates (i.e. a three year degree or equivalent).
Course Requirements
Students must complete a total of 24 credit points chosen from the list below. Additional subjects may be drawn from other specialisations within the Faculty's postgraduate schedule with approval from the Director of Graduate Teaching.
