Vice-Chancellor recognises Alumni Development Group’s contribution
UOW Vice-Chancellor, Professor Gerard Sutton, took the opportunity to thank the outgoing Alumni Development Group (ADG) for its contribution over the past two years at the group’s last meeting of the year held on 11 November.
The Vice-Chancellor highlighted the importance of alumni to the University and the opportunity to differentiate UOW through its alumni engagement programs, particularly on an international scale.

The University of Wollongong holds strong and valued linkages with China through our Chinese students, alumni and partner universities.
The Australia-China alumni event provides an opportunity for alumni to connect with the University community and fellow alumni above the heart of the Sydney CBD. The evening will highlight the diverse and important relationship between Australia and China in education, research and business.
Representatives from the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Sydney will be attending.
