Faculty Prizes

  • Women in Engineering Bursaries
    A bursary for each discipline in engineering is available for commencing first year full time female students for the degree of Bachelor of Engineering (including the double BE degree). It is awarded to the student with the highest HSC University Admission Index or the equivalent
  • Postgraduate Thesis prize
    The Faculty will award the prize to the best Master of Engineering (Honours) by research or PhD degree student. One prize only per year
  • David Charles Davies memorial prize
    The Faculty will award this prize to the group with the highest average mark for the ENGG101 projects

Engineering Alumni

  • Campus Chapter - University of Wollongong Alumni Association
    One prize awarded by the Faculty to the student who performs best in the whole of the engineering course, including an approved double degree
  • Engineering Alumni prize
    One prize for each engineering discipline based on academic performance and contribution made to the University

    for best performance in Years 1, 2, 3 & 4 of the course
  • Australian Institute of Steel Construction prize
    for best submission in structural steel oriented projects
