Official documents

Digital official documentation

Digital official documents are issued to UOW graduates via My eQuals.

Digital documentation includes:

  • Transcripts
  • Testamurs
  • Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements (AHEGS); and
  • UOWx Awards and UOWx Records (where relevant).

Digital official documents will be issued after conferral to the email address you nominate in your graduation application. The nominated email address will be used to send you notifications (from no-reply@myequals.uow.edu.au) once your digital documents have been issued. It will also be the email you use to register/login to your My eQuals account.

Please note you cannot use an @uow.edu.au or @uowmail.edu.au email address for your My eQuals account, or as the address nominated for document delivery.

Visit the My eQuals website for more information.

Hardcopy official documentation

Testamur

Graduating students will receive a hardcopy testamur which will be posted after conferral of your course. If you have nominated an address within Australia it will be sent via Australia Post. If you have nominated an address outside of Australia it will be sent via FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to your My eQuals email address when the shipment leaves UOW.

Please ensure that your postal address is correct in your graduation application as your testamur will be sent to this address.

Please refer to the graduation key dates to see when your testamur will be sent. If your documents have not arrived by the specified date, please contact the AskUOW team.

International postal addresses

All postal addresses are written in English. FedEx has translators in countries all over the world to ensure your package will arrive at the address you provided to us when you applied to graduate.

Additional hardcopy documentation and replacement testamur

If you would also like hardcopies of your transcript, Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) or UOWx Record/Award (where relevant), you can purchase them after conferral. If a testamur is lost or damaged, you can also purchase a new one.
