The Chancellor Robert Hope Memorial Prize was established in 2004 by the University Council, and is named in honour of the University’s first Chancellor. The recipient of this annual award receives a prize of $10,000 as well as the Robert Hope Medal.
All persons graduating from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor degree and at least 96 credit points from study at the University of Wollongong are eligible for the award. The Nominee must have made a substantial contribution to the University community and/or broader community, with consistent excellent academic performance.

Statement of Academic Achievements at University Of Wollongong
The university will provide an up-to-date transcript including Spring Session 2005. You should summarise your academic record and highlight your most notable achievements including such things as prizes and scholarships awarded, Dean's Merit lists, and so on.
Statement of Community Contributions
You should focus on service and achievements to the University and/or broader community, especially during the period in which you have been enrolled at the University. Examples of contribution to the University are to clubs and societies, student representative bodies, University/Faculty and Academic Unit committees, and residential colleges. There are no limiting constraints on what may be regarded as contributions to the University and broader community.
