Problems with WebCT
Who do I ask for help?
If there is a problem with information in a subject or you don't understand the content of the subject, contact the subject co-ordinator/lecturer who is responsible for the subject, or your tutor.
If you are having technical problems using WebCT, or it's displaying strange error messages that you can't decipher, Information Technology Services provides technical support for WebCT. ITS can be contacted:
- in person, Student Computer Resource Centre located on Level 1 of Building 17;
- by phone, on internal extension 3775 or externally on 02 42213775; or
- by email, using address webct@uow.edu.au.
