IMPORTANT EXAM INFORMATION

The Spring Session Examination period has begun.

Please ensure you have checked:

- your up to date personalised timetable to ensure correct location and time;

-you have proper photo identification with you at the exam. If you do not, you will not be allowed into the exam venue: Acceptable forms of identification are:
- student ID card
- passport
- drivers’ licence

However, only a student ID card can be accepted if you intend using a Foreign Translation Dictionary.

-you know the acceptable items allowed into an exam venue. The following are not allowed in the exam venue:
-opaque pencil cases
- calculator cases or covers
- bags
- blank or scrap paper
- electronic dictionaries
- electronic foreign language dictionaries
- lap-top computers
-study notes - any unauthorised material, written notes etc found in your possession in the exam venue are viewed as a breach of the academic misconduct rules and will result in disciplinary action.

If you bring any of these items you will be asked to leave them in the foyer or corridor at your own personal risk.

If you have been granted approval to use a Foreign Translation Dictionary in your exam, please ensure that you carefully check each page of the dictionary that you will be using to make sure that there is no writing of any kind in the dictionary. If any writing is found, it will be viewed as a breach of misconduct rules and disciplinary action will follow.
