APPLY to graduate ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT
You MUST be in your final session of study OR have already completed your course.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Graduation ceremonies are held at the Wollongong Campus.
- From December 2011, UOW Shoalhaven students can have their degrees officially conferred/awarded at a Shoalhaven Graduation ceremony. Select ‘Shoalhaven December 2011’ when applying via SOLS.
- If you are NOT planning to attend the graduation ceremony, you still HAVE TO APPLY to graduate, just select 'I DO NOT wish to attend graduation'.
- If you are graduating from more than one course you must apply to graduate from each individual course. Please check your enrolment record to see if you are enrolled in multiple courses (excludes double degrees).
- You have to apply to graduate even if you are studying at any of the University’s Education Centres (Batemans Bay, Bega, Moss Vale and UOW Southern Sydney) or the Sydney Business School but you are NOT planning to attend the Wollongong ceremony. Simply apply and select 'I DO NOT wish to attend graduation'.
- You need to declare a major BEFORE you apply to graduate (if applicable to your course). Login to SOLS and select Major Maintenance to declare/change your major. If Faculty approval is required just follow the instructions.

CLOSING DATE: 14 October 2011
Late applications will NOT be considered.
Graduation ceremony details will be published on SOLS by Monday 14 November 2011.
Your eligibility to graduate will be confirmed via SOLS by Monday 5 December 2011.
