Speaker Spotlight Session UOW Cares
You are all invited and encouraged to attend the next presentation of the UOW Cares Speaker Spotlight Sessions, on Thursday 19th August in Building 20 Lecture Room 3 from 12:30-1:30pm.
Peter Grzic, from Oxfam’s Youth Engagement Program, will outline how Oxfam Australia hopes to enhance its engagement with universities in the future, what they hope to achieve and what role the University of Wollongong might play.

Monique Harper-Richardson, Manager Community and Partnerships, UOW Equity Fund will discuss how the Learning and Development Fund is helping to inspire the next generation of talented UOW students and ensure their educational aspirations remain a reality.
This lunchtime lecture series showcases some of the UOW Cares charities, their work and programs. (Bring your own lunch.)
The next presenter for the series is Monica Richter form Australian Conservation Foundation discussing ‘Making our cities more liveable and sustainable on Thursday, 21st October.
