Police on campus
Everyone is invited to see Wollongong Police on showcase on the Wollongong Campus next Wednesday 5th October, 2011 12pm - 2pm.
Come along and check out the work undertaken by UOW Faculty of Creative Arts Students, Design Class 301, who were engaged in developing a poster campaign for getting domestic and international students engaged with local Police. The campaign "Call me" was the successful group out of two different submissions developed.
The Wollongong Crime Management Unit will have some free promotional materials available for students if they can provide some short answers to a quick survey, Police will be available to talk to students and staff, two highway patrol vehicles will be on display and why not get your photo taken while you're there with a local cop that will be posted onto the NSW Police, Wollongong LAC, Facebook page.
So pay a visit to the front of the Library.
