Dear Student,
Would you like the opportunity to enhance your own leadership skills whilst raising the educational aspirations of local school students?
The In2Uni Program, an initiative of the Office of Community and Partnerships, is looking for passionate and energetic people to work as a part of a dynamic new schools outreach program. If you are currently undertaking an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at the University of Wollongong, enjoy working with students in primary and high school and have a strong desire to raise the educational capacity of the school students with whom you are working we would encourage you to apply. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to engage with school students both on and off campus, receive ongoing training and professional development and be paid at a casual rate of $25.41 per hour.
Information workshops will be held at the University of Wollongong at the following times to assist you with your application and answer any questions you may have:
Monday 28th February 2011, 12:30pm – 13:00pm, Room UG30, Shoalhaven Campus
Wednesday, 2nd March 2011, 12:30pm-13:00pm, Room 20.5, Wollongong Campus
Thursday, 3rd March 2011, 12:30pm-13:00pm, Room 20.4, Wollongong Campus
