Times: 2pm-3.30pm or 3.30 - 5pm.

Location: “Three for free” carpooling carpark, UOW Wollongong Campus.

More training is being scheduled for mid and late January 2012; dates will be confirmed in December 2011.

By gaining the confidence to ride to Uni or around your local area you can:
* save money on petrol and vehicle costs
* improve your overall health and well being
* reduce your ecological footprint
* help to reduce traffic congestion and parking difficulties.

You will benefit from this course if you:
* haven’t ridden a bike for a while and don’t have much confidence
* ride now and again but wouldn’t be comfortable riding on the road
* ride regularly but would like to improve your skills for commuting.
* want to learn the road rules.
