Edstart 2009 - Applications now open
You can apply online for an $500 EdStart 2009 UOW Grant if you are:
* An undergraduate student studying for your 1st degree.
* Enrolled in at least 12 credit points for Autumn and Spring sessions.
* An Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or holder of an Australian Permanent Humanitarian Visa.
* Not receiving another scholarship of more than $500.
* You, or your family who are supporting you, are receiving Centrelink support or earning a low wage.
EdStart Grants-In-Aid provide support for goods and services provided through the Unishop, Library, Visual Arts or KidsUni. Students attending Wollongong and Shoalhaven Campus and any of the University Education Centres are all invited to apply. Applications are assessed solely on the basis of financial need. Apply 8th Dec 08 to 6th Feb 09. No late applications will be accepted.
