Changes to Bus Stops on Northfields Ave
Just to let you know that changes are being made to bus stop positions at the Northfields Ave Bus terminus in front of Wollongong Campus. This is to alleviate congestion experienced with the very popular Gong Shuttle.
Come Monday the signs on the bus shelters will be updated and the following changes will occur:
• The 55a Gong Shuttle will stop at Stand 4 (closest to the roundabout)
• The 55c Gong Shuttle will stop at Stand 3
• All paid bus services will stop at Stand 2 (1, 3, 4, 11, 53, 887)
• The #9 North Gong Shuttle remains at Stand 1
We are also reviewing the design of the terminus, but for now I hope these changes will improve the situation for you.
