All UOW Call Centre phone numbers are temporarily unavailbale (UOW x3555, ITS x3775, ITS Support x3000, Buildings & Grounds Service Centre x3217 and both UniAdvice & ARD Student Central 1300 numbers).
ITS are working with the vendor to resolve the problem, in the meantime please email the relevant call centre with your enquiry:

(non BEIMS web requests users. Those setup with BEIMS web requests can log requests in the usual manner
