Join us for the University of Wollongong's 50th Anniversary Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating UOW's transformative impact across teaching, education, research, and innovation, and recognising the exceptional accomplishments of our graduates and supporters through the 50th Anniversary Awards.

The 50th Anniversary Awards are a special opportunity for UOW to celebrate the achievements of outstanding alumni and supporters from around the world.

In 2025, the Alumni Awards will be temporarily renamed to honour individuals who have made a significant impact on our history and legacy over the past five decades. To celebrate this milestone, we are also thrilled to introduce a prestigious new honour—the 50th Anniversary Council Award for Excellence.
