Our labs are equipped with Windows and Macintosh computers along with a variety of peripheral equipment and software.
IT SERVICE CENTRE
IT Service Centre is located in the Student Central Labs on Level 1 Building 17 on the Wollongong Campus.
The IT Service Centre crew are on deck to provide face-to-face assistance or can be contacted by email or over the phone to help you with your IT related queries.
Roving Helpers
Roving Helpers are located in a number of the ITS supported computer labs to provide you with hands on support.
Look for the Roving Helpers in their bright blue vests for assistance.

Mobile Device Charging
Looking for somewhere to charge your mobile phone or tablet?
Head over to the Library and use the Chargebar station.
Chargebar, is a simple and highly effective way to provide our clients with a FREE mobile phone charge. It is capable of charging up to 8 mobile devices; and supports a wide range of mobile devices.
