I really wish there was more of an emphasis placed on nutrition, food & cooking in schools. I’m not sure what it was like at your school (please let me know below) but when I was at school, there was hardly any teaching on food & nutrition. I chose food technology as an elective subject in high school and I’m so thankful I did because it was the only education I had on food. And it sparked my passion for nutrition & health. I get that we need to learn maths and language and history, I get it, I really do. But why are these taught in place of nutrition, cooking & health? I also understand that teachers can’t teach everything; that parents are responsible for teaching too (my mum is a teacher and I know the incredible work teachers do). But nutrition, food, cooking... these are life skills! We need them just as much (or more) than we need pythagoras or Shakespeare. Something needs to change. I want to teach bubba everything I can about food, nutrition & cooking. I want to model it for him; get him involved in growing food; learning where it comes from & how it’s made; preparing and cooking food. I have more to come on this topic. But for now, I’d love to hear your thoughts on all of this. #health #nutrition #cooking #dietitian #food #humannutrition #plantbased #eatmoreplants #foodtechnology

Do you obsess over likes?⁣ ⁣ I'm not going to tell you you're wrong, you can obsess over anything you like.⁣ ⁣ What I WILL say, is that your obsession is better spent over COMMENTS. DM'S. QUESTIONS. STORY REPLIES.⁣ ⁣ These are all things that mean people are ENGAGING with your business and wanting to get to know you some more!⁣ ⁣ Likes are throwaway actions, they’re a quick one-click way of saying ‘I agree with what you’re saying’, ‘I like this kind of post’, ‘I don’t have time to comment but I enjoyed see this post on my Feed’.⁣ ⁣ Engagement grows the quality of your account, the reach of your account and the value of your brand.⁣ ⁣ #BeMoCreative #MoCreativeMarketing #ShotByMo
