Learning Development works towards the continuing synthesis of teaching, governance, professional development and research as they relate to improving and facilitating student learning, academic literacy and English language. This is achieved through:

The dialogue, direct observation, teaching and research that LD engages in across the various campuses and learning contexts of the University feed into the development of a wide range of instructional resources and modes of professional advice.

EdStart 2010

EdStart provides grants for undergraduate domestic students at UOW. An EdStart grant is not a cash award. Students who are awarded EdStart will be given a $500 grant that they can use to purchase goods and services from the University of Wollongong and the UniShop. Apply online
