Student OnLine Services (SOLS): SOLS is the most vital tool in the management of your enrolment at the University. It is where you must go to enrol and withdraw, check your results, receive important messages, view fees information, personal details and a range of other services. SOLSMail : SOLSMail is your Electronic Letterbox to which all OnLine Official communications will be sent. You should not confuse your SOLSMail with email - they are not the same and work in very different ways. If you need help with SOLS, check out the SOLS HELP page.
Learning Development: free help and workshops to develop academic reading, writing, study and exam skills.
PASS (Peer Assisted Study Sessions): Academic mentoring program which provides free academic assistance to first year students in subject specific sessions led by a senior student who has excelled in the subject.
Student Equity and Diversity Liason: offers assistance to students with regard to welfare, financial grants and liason with the disability program, counselling services, learning development, careers service, etc.

ILIP100: find out about ILIP100, the compulsory Information Literacies Introductory Program which will familiarise you with finding, using and evaluating information at the library.
Centrelink: information about payments and eligibility. Centrelink also provides online services such as online income reporting to some customers.
Scholarships at UOW: investigate scholarships that you may be eligible for. E.g. Commonwealth Learning Scholarships -information about special scholarships worth up to $4,000 per year for students from Indigenous or low socioeconomic backgrounds and students from regional areas.
EdStart: EdStart is a University of Wollongong initiative for low-income undergraduate students. EdStart provides low-income students with textbooks, materials, equipment, printing, copying or KidsUni childcare to the value of $500.
