Graduands and Guests with a Disability or Special Requirement

If you or any of your guests have a need for special access or seating arrangements (eg.use of a wheelchair or walking frame or other permanent or temporary mobility issues, vision or hearing impaired) please let us know. The University is only too pleased to assist you with special requirements.

At least three weeks prior to your ceremony, please contact and discuss your needs with the Special Seating Co-ordinator on (02) 4221 5972 or e-mail the Special Seating Co-ordinator with your full name, a contact phone number, the date and time of your graduation ceremony and details of your special seating or access needs.
