Graduands with a Disability or Special Requirement

If you have a need for special access or seating arrangements (eg.use of a wheelchair or walking frame or other permanent or temporary health or mobility issues, vision or hearing impaired, care of a very young infant) please let us know. The University is only too pleased to assist you with special requirements.

At least three weeks prior to your ceremony (if possible), please contact and discuss your needs with the Graduation Co-ordinator on (02) 4221 5408 or email the Graduation Co-ordinator with the following information:

• your full name
• a contact phone number
• the date and time of your graduation ceremony  
• details of your special seating or access needs. 

Guests with a Disability or Special Requirement

If  any of your guests have a need for special access or seating arrangements (eg.use of a wheelchair or walking frame or other permanent or temporary health or mobility issues, vision or hearing impaired) please let us know. The University is only too pleased to accommodate these special requirements.

At least one week prior to your ceremony, please contact and discuss your needs with the Special Seating Co-ordinator on (02) 4298 1338 or email the Special Seating Co-ordinator with the following information:

• your full name
• a contact phone number
• the date and time of your graduation ceremony
• details of your guest's special seating or access needs
• the total number of guests who will be attending (so that we can reserve seats together for your guests).

Please note that if the number of guests you wish to bring exceeds the number of guest tickets allocated to each graduand (up to a maximum of 3), your request for additional tickets will be forwarded to the Graduation Coordinator for consideration.
