Graduate house is designed for postgraduate students and their families who are happy to do their own cooking, cleaning and shopping and enjoy living in a multicultural, family atmosphere. Located directly opposite the University, this accommodation provides independent living and easy access to all of the facilities available on campus.

The 78 units are a mix of single bedsitters (single person), large bedsits (2 persons), 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for families. All units are basically furnished with beds, cupboards, kitchen and cooking facilities and lounges.  Residents will need to provide their own crockery, cutlery and small appliances.

Amenities:

Graduate House strives to provide a pleasant environment for families, couples and singles. Facilities include:

  • BBQ facilities
  • Playground for children
  • Coin-operated laundry
  • Off-street parking
  • Short term linen hire is available
  • Easy access to University facilities including a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, library, bank, food halls, playing fields and a range of other amenities.

What to bring:

Students should bring: pillow, bed linen and towels, coffee mug, glasses, washing basket, pegs, iron, coat hangers, cooking equipment and other personal and study related items as required.
