2010 marks the 20th Anniversary of Weerona College operating as an independent residence. Over the years Weerona has changed the lives of hundreds of students who have chosen to live @ Weerona while undertaking their studies at UOW. Many have travelled from regional areas or overseas and all have experienced a once in a lifetime opportunity to live and study in a diverse and dynamic community. Now is the time to celebrate 20 years of Weerona College.
2010 will also see the commencement of an ongoing Weerona College alumni strategy. Watch this space for more information about Weerona College Alumni events and other initiatives.
To celebrate the 20th Anniversary, Weerona College will hold its first Weerona College Alumni Reunion starting on the 19 November through to 20 November 2010.
Reunion BBQ
Starting on Friday 19 November, alumni will be able to come back to Weerona and enjoy a casual BBQ for alumni, family and Weerona staff. There will be a chance to have a look around, take a tour of the college and reminisce about your days there.

20th on the 20th – Reunion Dinner
Following on from the BBQ, on Saturday 20 November, the 20th Anniversary Reunion Dinner will be held at the iC Function Centre. The dinner will be a celebration of 20 Years of Weerona College and will feature speakers, live music, dancing, sensational food and a chance to catch up with old friends.

- (A shuttle bus will run from Weerona College to the iC function Centre)
- Date/Time: Saturday 20 November, 7pm to 12 midnight
- Price: $125 per person (includes dinner, drinks, entertainment and shuttle to venue)
