This presentation will discuss the findings of a PhD research study into supporting geographically dispersed PASS Leaders through online mentoring and community. Recommendations will be of interest to supervisors of large or multi-campus PASS programs, as well as smaller programs.

The presenter will also discuss his transition from PASS Leader to researcher, and provide suggestions for practitioners wanting to access and contribute to the research literature in this field. Phill is a former UOW PASS Leader and is currently a Lecturer at Deakin University and Editor of the Australasian Journal of Peer Learning.
