Want to know more about the process for managing Feedback @UOW?

  1. Client (UOW students or other third parties to UOW) uses the online form to submit Feedback@UOW
  2. The feedback ticket is read and categorised by the Manager, Client Service.
  3. If the matter isn't able to be resolved by the Manger, Client Service, the information is forwarded to the manager of the department responsible for the issue.
  4. Where a client has asked not to have their details forwarded on, the Manager, Client Service will liaise with the Client on the best way to resolve their issue.
  5. The feedback ticket is closed once the client has received a reply or outcome.
  6. A feedback report is generated each month, without any client details included, and all tickets are reported to the Deans and Directors meeting of The University.
