The University of Wollongong Career Service won the AAGE's Australian Graduate Recruitment Industry Award (AGRIA) for ‘Best Careers Service for Employers’ in 2007.

FIVE-STAR SALARIES, TEN YEARS IN A ROW

UOW has scored the maximum five-star rating for graduate salaries from the independent Good Universities Guide every year since 1999. Under the Guide’s rating system, this means that UOW graduate's salaries are consistently in the top 20% nationwide.

NUMBER ONE IN AUSTRALIA FOR TEACHING

The Australian newspaper (3 Oct 2007) ranked UOW as equal first among universities nationwide for overall performance in the Department of Education, Science and Training’s ‘2008 Learning and Teaching Performance Fund’.
