Malaysian Student Experiences
The UOW Malaysian Association for Students (MAS) is active on campus and provides information, advice and assistance to any kind of problems that the students might encounter while studying in UOW; from issues of accommodation to those of personal nature. MAS also organises activities both on and off campus with the objective of making the students' stay enjoyable and an enriching experience.
MAS also functions as an effective channel of communication between the Malaysian students in UOW and the Malaysian Students Department. Ultimately, MAS emphasises the students' self-development through religious, recreational and sports activities. MAS hopes that these activities would instil in the students the values of leadership, high self-esteem, sincerity, loyalty and excellent moral values.
Contact MAS for further information or visit the MAS website.
