Reset UOW Password

This page allows you to reset an expired or forgotten password using your UOW Password Reset Challenges.

If you did not set up your challenges, you will be unable to use this service.

You will need to make a request in person at an authorised centre to have your password reset. You will need to bring the relevant student or staff/associate identification cards with you. It is not possible to do this via telephone or email for security reasons.
