General Staff Development Advisory Committee
CONTENTS
Terms of Reference
The General Staff Development Advisory Committee shall:
- review the results of the current Training Needs Analysis;
- review the proposed content for the coming year training calendar and provide advice and recommendations;
- review the Staff Training and Development Annual report;
- review statistical reporting information which demonstrates training attendance and cost breakdown by gender, level, and faculty; and
- discuss current career development issues impacting on general staff.
Membership
The General Staff Development Advisory Committee shall consist of:
- Vice Principal Administration, who shall be Chairperson;
- Manager, Professional and Organisational Development Services;
- 1 Director;
- 1 Dean;
- Director, EED Unit;
- 2 CPSU representatives;
- 1 LHMU representative;
- 1 General staff representative to council.

- The committee is to meet annually in February.
- Staff developers representing providers on campus will attend the meeting to address agenda items when required.
