Commonwealth supported places

Many postgraduate coursework programs, which were previously full-fee-paying, now offer Commonwealth supported places. This means the Australian Government contributes about three quarters of the total tuition fee of Commonwealth supported students. Students are required to pay a contribution to cover the remaining costs of the course; however, a HECS-HELP loan can assist with this.

Application for Commonwealth supported places is automatic for the following faculties:

Arts Education Informatics
Creative Arts Health and Behavioural Sciences Science

For other faculties, you must apply separately. Your offer of admission letter will advise whether you have been offered a Commonwealth supported place.

FEE-HELP

Full fee-paying students may be eligible for a FEE-HELP loan to cover their tuition fees.
