Postgraduate Coursework Programs
Generally, for postgraduate coursework programs applicants must complete a Bachelor degree or equivalent. However, applicants without a Bachelor degree may qualify for entry into a Graduate Certificate program based on other relevant qualifications or professional experience.  MORE

Postgraduate Research Programs
For postgraduate research programs applicants must have a Bachelor degree with Honours or equivalent. Applicants who do not have a Bachelor degree with Honours may still be considered for entry; however, additional preliminary study may be necessary.  MORE

Changes to SBS Intakes- Moves to a Trimester System

Important Information

1.  Change of name:  If you have changed your name since undertaking matriculation or tertiary level examinations, or if any of your documents show a name that is different from the one that you have used on your application form, you must present certified evidence of the change (marriage certificate, deed poll, statutory declaration).

2. Applicants with special needs: If you have a disability and require advice or assistance with your studies, please contact UOW’s Disability Liaison Officers on (02) 4221 3445 or at the Disability Services web site.

3.  Accommodation: The cost of accommodation is not included in the tuition fees. Please refer to UOW Accommodation for further information.

4.  English language proficiency: If you are a domestic student and English is not your first language, you are required to provide evidence of satisfying the university's English language requirements.

5.  Tuition fees: We have many financial assistance options available to students.

6.  Cancellations and refunds: Please read about the University’s Tuition Fees and Refund Policy.

7.  Declaration and signature: All application forms must be signed.
