Application closing dates
Bachelor and Postgraduate Coursework degrees
Applications for most degrees can be submitted up to one week prior to the course commencement date. Earlier closing dates apply to the Faculties of Creative Arts, Health and Behavioural Sciences and Education; the Graduate School of Medicine and to school leavers applying through UAC.

Research degrees
Research scholarship closing dates are:
- 17 October for Autumn Session (February)
- 12 March for Spring Session (July)
Applying directly
If you are applying directly to UOW, there are two options
Apply online
For bachelor, postgraduate and research courses, submit your application online using UOW ApplyOnline
There is no application fee for online applications.
Special application procedures apply to school leavers applying through UAC and to programs offered in the Faculties of Creative Arts, Education, Health & Behavioural Sciences and the Graduate School of Medicine. For information regarding these additional requirements check the entry requirements links in the individual programs in CourseFinder.
You do not need to complete an English language application form or a foundation studies/diploma application form if you are also applying for a UOW course

Applying through a UOW representative or agent

Documentation requirements
You need to provide original or certified copies of all academic records, marksheets or transcripts of studies previously undertaken. Some courses have additional entry requirements. For information regarding these additional requirements check the entry requirements links in the individual programs in CourseFinder.
Students Under 18
If you will be under the age of 18 years at the start of your course, you can ONLY enrol at UOW if you will be accompanied by a parent or legal custodian, or a relative over the age of 21 who has been approved by your parent/custodian AND if this arrangement is approved by DIAC.
Alternatively you may enrol in a UOW College course and apply for an approved homestay arrangement for students under the age of 18.
