Accept & Pay

If you have applied through a University of Wollongong (UOW) international representative, they can assist with acceptance and payment.

If you applied directly to UOW, please complete all sections of the Offer Acceptance and Payment Advice form (Attachment A). If applicable, attach:

• certified evidence that you have met the conditions in your Offer of Admission letter
• a copy of a pre-visa assessment (if you hold an Assessment Level 3 or 4 citizenship)

If you are sponsored by your government or an institution in your home country, you also need a letter of guarantee from an authorised person within the sponsor organisation.

Return it with the total fee payable, as quoted in your letter, to:

Payment can be made by credit card or a bank draft drawn in Australian dollars.

Confirmation of Enrolment

When you have met the conditions of offer, completed the pre-visa assessment (if applicable) and paid the fees quoted, an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) will be emailed to you. You need this to apply for a student visa.
