Are you someone that speaks out against injustice? Do you believe one passionate person can bring about change? Have you been elected by your peers to represent them on your school student council? If you answered yes, the Elevate Forum is for you!

Elevate is for Year 11 Student Representative Council members. It is your chance to be inspired and challenged to reach your full leadership potential.

You will join students from over 60 high schools on two separate occasions at UOW. You will be involved in activities, discussions and team challenges and be amazed by the journeys of other young leaders before you.

We looked at some research done by some respected leadership gurus: Kouzes & Posner; Komives; and Maxwell, and we picked out some of the qualities of these leaders to talk to you about at Elevate:

Leaders inspire action
Leaders should be socially responsible
Leaders create change
