They will meet people from all over the world and make friends for life. They can join—or even start—clubs and societies, and meet like-minded people who share their passions.
They can complete an internship, play sport, compete at state and national university games, travel, become involved in student groups, volunteer for charity or relax on campus at the bar, in restaurants or at the cinema. Your child can take on issues affecting students, and run for Student Council.
