About the Cadetship Program
The University’s Management Cadetship offers a wonderful opportunity to combine work and study. Cadets work in a number of areas across the University including Personnel, Finance, Marketing, Audit, Policy & Governance and Student Administration. Successful applicants undertake a relevant undergraduate degree majoring in areas such as Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or Business Information Systems. Other areas of study may be acceptable if they are considered compatible with the work placements of the cadetship.
During the final two years of the Cadetship, cadets undertake a specialised placement relating to their degree major which gives the cadet the edge in becoming a 'young professional' in their chosen field.
Cadets receive an annual salary with increments each year, plus an education allowance covering course and student body fees and a book allowance. Cadets are allocated 10 hours study leave per week during session to attend lectures and tutorials.

How to apply
