“Leaving school, I was unsure of the path I wanted to take in the business world. The Management Cadetship allows me to work in a variety of business environments while fostering academic excellence. So far I have had experience in human resources, governance, audit and marketing and I am currently undertaking my specialisation in Recruitment. The opportunity to study and work has proved challenging but useful, as theory and application come together to create a dynamic learning environment. I feel that this Cadetship has given me the extraordinary experience of gaining knowledge in all key functional areas of business, but also allowing me to tailor my experience to my chosen area of study. I truly feel it has given me the best possible start to my career in business.”
