Policies are managed by the Governance and Policy Division.
For any queries related to specific policy documents, please contact the nominated enquiries contact listed in the ‘Status and Details’ tab of each individual University policy document.
Please ensure that any policy documents to be uploaded to the Policy Bulletin Board or submitted for endorsement/approval are provided to institutional-policy@uow.edu.au at least two weeks prior to the required posting date. This will allow sufficient time for the documents to be reviewed and correctly uploaded to the policy management system, ahead of posting.
Please ensure all submissions include a track change Word version of the amended policy document (not required for new policy documents), the Policy Approval Submission Checklist and where applicable the Implementation and Communication Plan.
