Graham and Maureen Borwick confirm that Duncan Spiers married Lydia Clark and the family moved to New Zealand. They married in August 1894 and Duncan is listed as a farmer at Grong Grong, and Lydia at that time was living with her sister at Grong Grong.
Captain Moonlight the bushranger was caught at the McGlede's house in a gun fight with the police at Wantabadgery (information supplied by Grahame Borwick).
