Our Student Success Specialists work closely with you to develop a Student Success Plan and link you in with supports to make your time at university a success.

Our Student Success Specialists work closely with your Subject Coordinator in the background to ensure you are supported if you need help. If support is needed, your Student Success Specialist will reach out to you. This might be at one or several key points across the semester, such as:
- In the first few weeks of semester, to help you settle into the subject and ensure you are accessing the right systems and materials for the subject.
- Throughout the semester, typically once you have submitted an assessment task to support your progress through the subject.
Your Student Success Specialist will connect with you either by email or by phone and you will be introduced to them at your first lecture.
