I've only just been told about the Mathscasts by Teachers wiki. There may be some good things here.
Wolfram Demonstrations contains many nice animations of mathewmatical concepts. To get the most out of this site you need to download the free Mathematica Player (from the site) or to own Mathematica 7+.
The Art of Problem Solving is another site that I've not had chance to look at but which may have some useful resources on it.
In this section I provide details of books that students on the course have found useful. If you use a book that you find useful please let me know, and I'll add it to this list.
The aim of this section is to review books that essentially cover skils that are `assumed knowledge'' in MATH151. These books may be useful to students that have not studied mathematics for a long time and need to brush up elementary skills.
Bluman, A.G. (2004). Pre-Algebra DeMYSTiFieD, second edition. McGraw Hill. 513.12/6.
This book covers material that is at a lower level than the content of MATH151. If you do not understand the material covered in the chapters noted below then you will not pass MATH151. On the other hand, knowing this material will not guarantee that you will pass MATH151: this is `entry-level' assumed knowledge that you are assumed to have mastered.

Chapter 0 of the MATH151 notes.
This chapter covers basic skills such as: the evaluation of algebraic expressions, combining like terms, removing parentheses, evaluating formula, solving simple equations and solving more difficult equations. These skills are assumed knowledge for Chapter 1 of the lecture notes.
The skills taught in this chapter are: graphing lines, finding the x and y intercepts of a line, finding the slop of a line and solving a system of two linear equations by graphing. This covers some of the more basic skills taught in chapter 4 of the lecture notes.
This chapter includes material on the addition, subtraction and multiplication of polynomials. These skills are briefly revised in chapter 1. Chapter 1 of the MATH151 notes.
