Before you decide to leave your studies completely, it is important for you to be aware of your other options such as taking a Leave of Absence, reducing your study load or perhaps changing courses. Chatting with your Faculty Head of Students is a great place to start.

  • Many subjects have Peer Assisted Learning Sessions (PAL) available to help guide you through course material for a subject.
  • Learning Development can help you improve your academic language and learning.
  • Talk to a Peer Academic Coach either in person or online for answers to your academic enquiries.
Q. What kind of financial assistance is available to me?

UOW offers a range of scholarships and grants across both undergraduate and postgraduate courses that can help if you are experiencing financial challenges.
