Class enrolments for Spring Session subjects will open between Monday 5 – Thursday 22 July. This includes tutorials, practicals, laboratories and seminars.
When making your class selections, please continue to enrol in your most preferred class options and delivery modes (e.g. on-campus or online) for Spring Session, from what is available in the timetable.
We will continue to monitor government health advice closely in the lead up to and into Spring session. Should restrictions change, and have an impact on campus delivery, we will notify students of any changes to their classes as soon as possible.
To help you with enrolling in your classes, we’ve put together an overview of the process below:
1. Check the class requirements for your subjects
Log in to SOLS and select 'Timetable > Subject Timetable' to see a list of subjects you've enrolled in, their class requirements and how they will be delivered (under 'Location').
Please note that not all subjects require you to enrol in classes, so be sure to check each subject timetable carefully. Once you know your class requirements, you can use this to create a draft timetable with some preferred class times before tutorial enrolments open.
2. Check when class enrolments open
Opening dates and times are different for each subject. You can check the times under 'Enrolment > Tutorial Enrolment' in SOLS. If your subject doesn't appear it may be too early to enrol, or details are still being finalised.
You can also find out more about enrolment dates on our website. Keep checking back to this webpage, as more details will be added over the coming week.
3. Enrol in your classes
Classes fill up quickly, so it's important to be prepared and ready when they open.
To enrol in a class, go to 'Enrolment > Tutorial Enrolment' in SOLS. Once you've successfully enrolled in a class, it will appear in 'My timetable' in SOLS.
