Student Services and Amenities Fees (SSAF)

About SSAF

Australian universities, including UOW, have a Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) which is used to enhance the services and amenities for students across UOW. The fee is based on Commonwealth legislation introduced in October 2011. The introduction of the fee was approved by University Council on 2 December 2011 and introduced at UOW from Autumn session 2012.

The 2024 SSAF: Student Services and Amenities Student Survey will be released in August. Access to the survey will be provided via SOLS to enrolled onshore students eligible to participate.
