Exam Prep Week brings together resources to help you study effectively, manage stress and boost your wellbeing before the study recess and exam period. Many of these tools are available year-round.

Stress Less Week

Unwind, relax and de-stress with free food, tea, coffee, games and colouring in at UOW Pulse Stress Less Week from Tuesday 31 May until Thursday 2 June. Stop by the Stress Less Hub near the library between 9.30am-3.30pm or join workshops in cake making, kokedama, ceramics and more below.

10am: Free Haircuts 

Come along and cut away your worries with a FREE haircut trim or tidy up. Simply let our hairdresser know what style you are after then simply sit back and relax.

12pm: Soup Bar 

Take a break and stop by our Stress Less Soup Bar for a warm hug in a cup. Choose from our selection of, hearty beef, pumpkin soup or vegan minestrone. All serves of soup come with a crunchy roll.
