Partners for Research Impact
In 2015, we launched the 40 Years of Research Impact booklet to celebrate the achievements of UOW researchers, coinciding with the University’s 40th anniversary of independence.
In 2016, the UOW Women of Impact initiative and booklet was launched, acknowledging the important contributions to research and teaching by female academics, coinciding with UOW’s participation in the ATHENA Swan pilot.
In 2017, we will produce the next publication in our research impact series: UOW Partners for Research Impact.
The publication will feature stories of successful UOW research partnerships with business, community, government and research organisations that are making an impact, leading to new innovations and technologies, and/or improving the social, environmental and economic landscape.
The initiative will highlight outputs our researchers and research groups have achieved with industry, community and other educational institutions locally, nationally and internationally.
Submissions have been sought from UOW researchers and teams about their research partnerships which could feature in our new publication (submissions closed at 5pm, 29 March 2017).
More information regarding UOW Partners for Research Impact will be available soon, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
