How to lodge a complaint - community members
The University of Wollongong is proud of our long-standing community relationships. We encourage you to let us know if you have any concerns about our services, staff or students.
Your complaint will be taken seriously and will be investigated thoroughly where necessary. The University is committed to implementing new processes to improve the way we do things - where an investigation highlights a problem with a UOW process or service that you have told us about, you will be making a difference?
The Complaints Management Centre will:
- review your complaint;
- explain the general complaints process to you;
- advise you of the the functional area that will manage your complaint;
