Release of Results

Results are normally released two to three weeks following the end of the exam period. Exact release dates can be obtained by going to the exam and key dates summary, you can view your results by logging into SOLS.

Withheld Results

You will be unable to view your results from UOW if you have any outstanding fees to UOW. This includes payments for tuition, accommodation, library fines etc. Payment of all fines must be made before results will be released. You can make payment for your fees by following the instructions on the attached document. You will be required to notify the Office of Global Student Mobility that you have paid your fines in full to be eligible to receive your transcript.

UOW Transcripts

Transcripts of your UOW subject results are issued by UOW at the end of each session, and provide details of the subjects completed and final mark and grade awarded.

Transcripts will be issued digitally via My eQuals.

Forgotten SOLS Log In

If your UOW Log In is no longer active, you can access SOLS by using the barcode on your UOW Student ID Card. Visit SOLS barcode log-in and use your Student ID Card to access SOLS. 

Once logged in, you can access your results by selecting: Print Enrolment Record.
